Most recently, we partnered with Pontem to enable a strategic initiative to centralize all telephony around Microsoft Teams as our users had heavily adopted the collaboration tool during the pandemic. The goal was to replace our Cisco phone system with a cloud solution that allowed users to leverage MS Teams as their soft phone, replacing Jabber. When we did our own research, we were overwhelmed by all of the options and even struggled to get clear answers from prospective vendors themselves as to their specific solution delivery method.
